Mr. Chin first joined the PROJECT! as a high school volunteer in the summer of 2001 when he was selected to design our web site from many applicants based on the work he submitted. A true "virtual volunteer," Christopher collaborated with PROJECT! Chair Carol Thompson in Texas without ever leaving his home in New York. In the process of revamping the site, he also created the logo which now appears on our letterheads, business cards, press releases, and web site. Upon completing the site, Christopher volunteered to remain as PROJECT! OUTREACH’s webmaster - a role he continues to serve to this day. In 2004, Christopher again redesigned our site, giving it a streamlined professional look complete with a user-friendly navigation system and fresh new graphics.

Mr. Chin was elected to our Board of Trustees in 2003 because our organization highly values the youth perspective so that we may reach young people in our effort to prevent and detect breast cancer early. His election was unanimous. As Technology Chair for our new board, he will have an outstanding “off-board” committee of volunteer experts to lead.

Mr. Chin graduated from Harvard University in 2006 with a degree in Biochemical Sciences. He currently attends Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York.
